This really is a RENTAL MACHINE. We have people who rent this house year after year. People love that it is so close to the beach. You can be on the sand in a couple of minutes from when you leave the front door. The house has so many sleeping areas and large common areas that it can handle large groups and everybody still has their space.
We have on the books over $100,000 in base rents booked in 2021 as of the listing date. Over $70,000 in base rents are left after the listing date in 2021 as of now. There will be more bookings that occur for the balance of the year. It would be a good bit higher but we were under construction for a couple of months and obviously couldn't rent. Also, the current rents were based on house before the updates.
