How long could it potentially take to close on my home?

Typically 30-45 days once under contract.

How much do you charge to give me a CMA (comparative market analysis) to know how much my home is worth?

There is no charge for a professional value on your home and comparable past sales in your area to show how the value is calculated.

What is your advice to prepare my home to sell?

Cleanliness is priority. Make sure the home is clean and de clutter.

What type of marketing do you provide?

I market on social media, online, by using a professional for sale sign with my direct contact information, professional photos of the home, drone photos if needed, Open Houses, Staging and using Matterport 3-D virtual tour.

How long have you been working as a Realtor?

Licensed since 2010, I took some family time off and have a combined 6 years experience in the field. I am confident I have the experience to help you achieve your real estate goals.

If my house doesn’t sell how much do I owe your brokerage?

You won’t owe anything. No worries though, your house will sell!

If issues arise can I count on you to help resolve them?

A: Being your agent, anything having to do with the home for sale is a priority of mine. Allow me to help bring you peace of mind and get through the process to your goal. Whether you are still local or have moved away I will coordinate to best help you. You can count on me.

What designations and awards have you been honored?

There have been many extra courses I have taken to best help my clients. MRP – Military Relocation Professional, GRI – Graduate Realtor Institute, ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Epro – Internet Marketing. Earning Coldwell Banker’s Diamond Society for production in sales in both 2018 & 2019.

What advise would you give a FSBO?

Do everything on this list. Although hiring an agent on average nets a seller 10% more profit. Once you list with one agent it is marketed by all agents in the area with the advertising by the agent you hire.

What should I do to sell?

Hire me to sell. I will take care of all marketing, give you a step by step plan, and bring you a contract for purchase. From the packing, moving and then closing(your payday!).

The property I am needing to sell is in probate, can you help?

Yes, I am experienced in helping with the sale of homes in probate.

I am currently going through a divorce, can you help us with the sale of our home before the divorce is finalized?

Yes, I am experienced with helping those going through divorce and working with both parties, and their attorneys if necessary.

How have showings changed since Covid-19?

Extra precautions are taken for showings. Lived in homes have the option of requiring booties, gloves, sanitizer, and masks. I have all of these items for your potential buyers use. Please request during our listing appointment, we will arrange these items to be present to both agents and buyers upon every showing of the home.
