The Real Estate market has been heating up during the pandemic. Seeing more home and condo sales this summer than last. I can’t think of anywhere better to quarantine than on the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches, or on a nice size piece of land that is only a short drive or walk to nature and water ways. It seems many home buyers feel the same, whether for their primary residence or vacation home.

The largest changes have been in the way we show homes. When showing occupied homes, the home owner may ask potential buyers to wear a mask, gloves, or booties. All are supplied if required. Often a bottle of hand sanitizer is provided as well. Vacant homes often do not require these extra precautions. Prior to Covid-19 I have always carried a bottle of sanitizer to each home I show and always sanitize after each home viewing. This is good practice whether a pandemic is active or not to protect yourself from unknown germs on door handles, cabinet doors, or anything else you may touch while in the home.

For seller’s who choose to list with me, I have implemented 3-D Tours for listings. This gives potential buyer’s the opportunity to ‘walk around’ the home and zoom in to any areas for further viewing. Matterport viewing is a great tool for any potential buyer to view the interior of a home from anywhere.

Videos of homes are available upon request for buyers. If there is a home you are potentially interested in, I can view and send via text message or email, we also can FaceTime/Skype during the viewing.

Buyers and Sellers are still moving and I am here to help along the way. Regardless of the challenges we may face. I look forward to helping you whether buying or selling in the area.
